Business AI Launch Kit — worked sample

Fictional Maple Studio salon · Public example of the €500 tailored service · English

This sample demonstrates the delivery format. A paid project is adapted to the client's approved facts. It is not evidence of client results or an executed AI test.

1. Business brief

Business: Maple Studio, a fictional salon. Tone: warm, clear, concise. Haircut: £35 including wash and styling. Colour: quote only after consultation. Booking: requested by message, confirmed by staff. No availability supplied. Discounts, deposits, cancellation terms, product claims and results are unknown. Never invent them. Owner updates and approves the brief before reuse.

Reusable starting instruction: Use the approved brief below for this task. Separate confirmed facts from missing information. Ask for essential missing details. Do not invent prices, availability, policies, testimonials or outcomes. Draft in our tone; return a separate owner-check list. Brief: [paste approved facts]. Task: [paste one task].

2. Customer enquiry workflow

Inputs: approved brief, anonymised enquiry, relevant service facts. Instruction: Write one reply of at most 65 words. Answer only confirmed questions and ask for the next necessary detail. Treat booking as unconfirmed until staff confirms it. Return the draft and facts to check.

Case A — “How much is a haircut?” Draft: “Hi! A haircut is £35, including wash and styling. Which day would suit you? Our team will check and confirm availability.” Check: current price, inclusions, correct booking channel.

Case B — “Can I have colour tomorrow?” Draft: “Hi! We confirm colour pricing after a consultation. Please tell us the result you have in mind and your preferred time tomorrow, so our team can advise on the next step and check availability.” Check: consultation procedure; no promised appointment or colour result.

Case C — “Can you do the haircut for £20?” Draft: “Our haircut price is £35, including wash and styling. If you would like to book, tell us your preferred day and our team will check availability.” Check: no unapproved discount.

3. Scoped offer workflow

Inputs: service, amount/currency, inclusions, exclusions, confirmed booking/payment terms. Instruction: Draft a service offer using exactly the approved scope. Keep the next step clear. List unresolved material terms separately. Do not treat an incomplete quote as ready to send.

Case A — haircut only. Draft: “Your haircut is £35 and includes wash and styling. The appointment is confirmed by our team after we check your preferred day and time.” Owner check: price and scope; any further required terms.

Case B — haircut and colour requested. Draft: “The haircut is £35, including wash and styling. Colour pricing needs a consultation and is not included in that amount. We will confirm the full scope before you book.” Owner check: no invented combined total.

Case C — deposit requested but not in brief. Draft: “We will ask our team to confirm whether a deposit applies before completing the booking.” Owner check: obtain the actual policy; do not invent a percentage or refund rule.

4. Useful-content workflow

Inputs: frequent question, approved answer, real owned photo, next action. Instruction: Create a three-card educational post and caption. Keep cards below 25 words and caption below 90. Use only approved facts; do not invent customer stories or scarcity. Return a pre-publish checklist.

Case A — inclusions. Cards: “Does your haircut include styling?” / “At Maple Studio, wash and styling are included.” / “Message your preferred day. Staff confirms availability.” Caption: “Check what is included before booking. Our haircut includes wash and styling. If you also want colour, ask about a consultation first.”

Case B — colour price. Cards: “Why ask for a colour consultation?” / “Your service scope needs to be confirmed before we quote.” / “Tell our team what you have in mind.” Caption: “A useful quote starts with an agreed scope. Message our team about the colour service you are considering; we will explain the consultation step.”

Case C — appointment enquiry. Cards: “A message is the first step.” / “Send your preferred day and time.” / “Staff checks availability and confirms your appointment.” Caption: “Planning your visit? Send us your preferred day and time. Our team will check availability before confirming the booking.”

Check all posts: facts approved; owned/permissioned image; no unsupported availability or treatment claims; appropriate channel and link. Example captions are for the fictional business, not AI Toolkit's own advertisements.

5. Four short implementation lessons

Lesson 1 — Context: replace all sample facts, mark unknowns and get owner approval. A long prompt cannot fix incorrect source facts.

Lesson 2 — One task: choose the output and format. Paste the relevant facts and the matching instruction into your own AI account. Review the result; outputs vary by tool and session.

Lesson 3 — Check: compare each factual statement with the brief. Remove invented facts, confirm unresolved terms and edit in your voice. Never send an unchecked draft.

Lesson 4 — Reuse: keep the instruction and update source facts. Record the task, drafting/review time and corrections. If a policy changes, update both brief and saved replies.

6. Fourteen-day adoption

Days 1–2 approve brief. Days 3–4 practise three enquiries. Days 5–6 practise offers and missing-information cases. Day 7 review errors. Days 8–9 draft posts from genuine questions. Days 10–11 a colleague repeats the process. Days 12–13 revise instructions. Day 14 compare baseline and current drafting/review effort.

Log columns: date | task | baseline minutes | draft+review minutes | factual corrections | approved | reused by teammate.

Acceptance: a teammate can reuse the process; all example cases preserve approved terms; uncertain information is surfaced; final work remains editable. No promised sales, bookings or numerical time saving.

Paid project scope

€500 standard project, subject to fit and written scope before payment: one approved business brief, three tailored workflows, nine example drafts, editable input/instruction/check sheets, written onboarding lessons, fourteen-day adoption log and one consolidated revision. Delivery date, feedback window and commercial terms are agreed before purchase. AI usage fees, integrations, live coaching and ongoing publishing are separate. Sending an enquiry incurs no charge.
